Stinson Leonard Street announced Tuesday that Jeff Harrison has joined the firm as a partner in the corporate finance division. He will practice in the firm’s Denver office.
Harrison’s practice focuses on complex corporate transactions that include financings, lease transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He has experience representing clients in the agribusiness and energy industries.
Harrison previously was counsel with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Denver. Prior to that, he worked as senior counsel at CoBank.
“Jeff is a perfect fit for our firm and our corporate finance team,” said Jack Bowling, co-chair of the Stinson Leonard Street corporate finance division. “His background in agribusiness and energy aligns seamlessly with some of our firm’s core service areas. We are excited to have him on board.”
Harrison earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York and Texas.
