Mountain West regional firm Fennemore Craig announced Tuesday that Victoria Davis Chenault has joined the Denver office as of counsel in the firm’s real estate practice group.

Chenault focuses her practice in real estate law, including commercial leasing, commercial loan transactions, condominium development and dispute and telecommunications. Her experience includes advising a major wireless communications carrier on project management, deployment and legal and jurisdictional issues.

“We are thrilled to have Victoria join the firm,” said Troy Rackham, office managing partner of Fennemore Craig’s Denver office. “She will not only enhance our Denver office, but will bolster the real estate practice group.”

Chenault earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, she worked for Seattle-based Busch Law Firm, served as in-house counsel for an engineering consulting firm and a telecommunications consulting firm and was an associate with Sherman & Howard.
