On April 25, Bieging Shapiro and Barber, a firm with roots in Denver, will officially change its name to Shapiro Bieging Barber Otteson in recognition of one of its partners.
Christian Otteson, a partner at the firm, will now be featured in the new title after six years of working in the Denver office. Otteson said that he feels very honored and has a great deal of respect for his partners at the firm.
Otteson’s principal practice areas include assisting corporations and financial institutions with mergers and acquisitions.
“We are rightly recognizing his contributions to the firm,” said Stephen Shapiro, partner at Shapiro Bieging Barber Otteson. He’s also the youngest partner, and we feel that’s important to have that name recognition as part of our succession planning to continue the firm.”
