Ceridwen Koski was elected to shareholder with labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart’s Denver office, the firm announced Monday.
Koski focuses her practice on business immigration law. She regularly advises companies, families and individuals on temporary and permanent visa options, as well as naturalization. Specifically, Koski manages green card processes for multinational managers and individuals of extraordinary ability and labor certification (PERM) for skilled workers, bachelor’s degree professionals and advanced degree professionals.
In addition, Koski advises on family immigration and waivers and advises corporations on compliance issues including Department of Labor-related obligations, record keeping and audit and investigation.
Koski is from Boulder and earned her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson. She began her career as an attorney in New York City, working with a business immigration law firm there. In 2013, Koski moved to Denver and is currently admitted in Colorado, New York and Arizona.
