Holland & Hart Elects 15 Partners

Holland & Hart today announced that 15 attorneys have been elected into the firm’s partnership, effective Jan. 1. The new partners represent several practice areas and work from eight of the firm’s 15 offices across the Mountain West and in Washington, D.C.

The new partners in Colorado are:

Leslie Boyle practices in the Denver office as a member of the firm’s corporate group. Boyle advises clients in industries in connection with their commercial transactions and the development, financing and operation of large infrastructure projects.

Charles Cotter practices in the Boulder office as a member of the corporate group. Cotter advises companies at all stages of growth, from start-ups to publicly listed companies, helping them successfully raise capital, complete acquisitions and divestitures and comply with regulatory requirements.

Rebecca Schroer practices in the Denver office as a member of the tax group. Schroer effectively assists clients with trust and estate litigation and administration, as well as estate planning. As a member of the fiduciary solutions subgroup, Schroer represents corporate fiduciaries, individual fiduciaries, heirs, beneficiaries and creditors in the resolution of probate and trust-related litigation.

Larry Tronco practices in the Boulder office as a member of the intellectual property group. Tronco focuses on the acquisition, maintenance and enforcement of trademark rights on a global basis. His practice includes U.S. and international matters involving search and clearance of trademarks, prosecution of trademark applications, licensing, due diligence, client counseling, enforcement in connection with trademark, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, dilution, trade dress and copyright infringement, international trademark litigation and opposition proceedings.
