Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti added Lindsey Diedrich as an associate, the Denver-based firm announced Tuesday. Diedrich will practice in the firm’s real estate and real estate finance practice groups. She was previously an associate with Faegre Baker Daniels.
Diedrich concentrates her practice in real estate law with a focus on sales, acquisitions, development and real estate finance. She has represented buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in a variety of real estate transactions. She has worked with clients in transfer and development transactions involving vacant, residential, office, industrial and retail sites across the U.S. Diedrich also has experience in title and survey review, land assemblies and easement and operation agreements.

Diedrich received her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Minnesota.
