Bryan Cave Elects 11 New Partners, One in Denver

Bryan Cave elected 11 of its attorneys to partnership positions, including transactional attorney Heather Boelens in Denver, after a vote from firm leadership, according to an announcement Monday.

The vote brings the number of firmwide partners to 404. Boelens focuses her practice in real estate, banking, restructuring and creditors’ rights and represents both debtors and creditors in syndicated credit facilities and other secured and unsecured financing transactions. In addition to her transactional experience, she represents debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in various bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, liquidations and other restructuring matters.

She graduated with a law degree from St. Louis University in 2007 and completed an internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge Michael Burton of the Family Court of St. Louis County and as a law clerk for the St. Louis University Law Clinic.
