Fennemore Craig Bolsters Real Estate Practice

Fennemore Craig expanded its Denver office with the addition of Kyle Brunger, the firm announced Wednesday. Brunger joins the firm as of counsel and practices in the areas of real estate, corporate transaction, acquisitions, financing government relations, development and land use.

“We are pleased to welcome a lawyer of Kyle’s caliber to Fennemore Craig,” said Bruce Dahl, the firm’s office managing partner in Denver. “He brings wide-ranging experience in real estate, enhancing the firm’s ability to address clients’ issues in Denver and throughout the Mountain West region.”

Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, Brunger was an attorney for Elkus, Sisson & Rosenstein in Denver. His real estate practice includes working on small government contracts to multi-million-dollar construction and development agreements. He works with clients to develop custom government relation strategies that maximize access to government programs. Brunger earned his law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco. Brunger is licensed to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. District Court in the District of Colorado.
