Sherman & Howard today announced that Carla Martin has joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate.
Martin joins more than 60 lawyers in the firm’s litigation, trials and appeals practice group. The group represents clients in complex commercial litigation issues including securities fraud, fiduciary duty, business torts and class actions, among others.
Prior to joining Sherman & Howard, Martin clerked for Judge Morris Hoffman of Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District Court. She earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as notes development editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She received bachelor’s degree in advertising and English in 2009 from the University of Miami. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
