Griffiths Law expands into civil practice after adding Zavaras and Griffiths brothers

Griffiths Law’s newest shareholders are fitting in quite well so far. And it’s not just because two of them are the co-founder’s sons.

With the addition of Tia Zavaras along with Duncan and Christopher Griffiths, Denver-area boutique Griffiths Law is expanding its offerings to include civil litigation expertise in addition to its divorce cases. As a result, the firm will be able to handle divorces that take on business disputes, thorny receivership issues and other matters.

Formerly Gutterman Griffiths, the 17-attorney firm assumes its new name effective Jan. 1. But it’s already stepping into the civil litigation realm.

Zavaras, Duncan and Christopher joined the firm as shareholders on Nov. 1. They previously practiced at construction litigation boutique Benson Kerrane Storz & Nelson in Golden.
