Ogletree Deakins Adds Shareholder in Denver Office

Ogletree Deakins announced today Robin Repass has joined the firm’s Denver office as a shareholder. Repass has experience in workplace safety as well as expertise in a range of other labor and employment law topics.

“Robin is a seasoned employment law and workplace safety attorney with experience as both in-house and outside counsel,” said Austin Smith, Ogletree Deakins’ managing shareholder in Denver, in a news release. “She will be an incredible addition to our team of hardworking attorneys in Denver and we are excited to bring her on board.”

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Repass was the managing counsel for global environmental health, safety and sustainability at Tesla. She earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and has practiced for more than 20 years.

Within labor and employment law and workplace safety, Repass’ work has included matters involving the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Mine Safety and Health Administration regulations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and National Labor Relations Board. She has been included in the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and was recognized as the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Young Trial Lawyer of the Year 2005. She is licensed to practice law in California, Colorado, Tennessee and Wyoming.
