Pollart Miller added three new associate attorneys, Michelle Prince-Bowen, Christopher Gray and Joelle Levit.
Prince-Bowen has more than 15 years of experience in resolving worker’s compensation and insurance defense cases. She previously served as assistant attorney general in the criminal appeals section of the Colorado state Attorney General’s Office and worked for the staff counsel office for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group.
Gray previously worked with the Colorado Attorney General and Charter Communications. He first became involved in client advocacy as a student attorney in the technology law and policy clinic at CU Law, where he submitted filings to the federal communications commission on behalf of advocacy groups for persons with visual and hearing impairments.
Levit has been practicing insurance defense since 2016. She gained litigation and trial experience by serving as in house counsel at GEICO, where she sat first-chair to jury and bench trials and advocated on behalf of clients in motion practice, arbitrations, depositions, settlement negotiations and court and pre-trial conferences. She also previously worked for a personal injury law firm.
