Michael Freiman joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s employment group and litigation department as a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office.
Freimann has almost 20 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining the firm, he was the assistant general counsel for DaVita, Inc. where he served as the senior employment litigation attorney. He advised clients on a full spectrum of employment, commercial and labor disputes.
He is also the staff judge advocate for the Colorado Air National Guard and holds the rank of lieutenant colonel. He acts as the general counsel for commanders and first sergeants providing advice and guidance on a wide range of military legal issues.
Freimann earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
