Gene Commander, president of professional alternative dispute resolution firm Gene Commander Inc, has been selected to join the American College of E-Neutrals as a distinguished fellow. Commander is one of two of the college’s approved fellows in Colorado, as he meets its national standards in both alternative dispute resolution and e-discovery.
As an e-neutral, Commander will act as a third party who resolves discovery disputes involving electronically stored information. Commander has more than 35 years of legal and business experience to his role as an e-neutral.
He formerly served as the managing shareholder for the Denver office of Polsinelli as the vice chair of the firm’s national construction practice and as a board member of the Associated General Contractors of Colorado. Commander currently serves as a panel member of the American Arbitration Association, a board commissioner of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority and he is an active member and past chair of the Downtown Denver Partnership.
