Fox Rothschild announced today that Brian Caid joined the firm’s Denver office as a partner in the corporate department.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brian to the firm,” said Rick Rubin, Fox’s Denver office managing partner. “His representation of real estate investment trusts in connection with public and private securities offerings enhances the office’s depth and adds a new level of services for our clients nationwide.”

He has represented both issuers and underwriters in several large and complex securities transactions, including several market-leading transactions, and advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, state securities laws and stock exchange rules. Caid also regularly counsels on general corporate, partnership and limited liability company law.
Caid earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to joining Fox, Caid was a partner at Kutak Rock.
