Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell announced today two associates joined the firm. Julian Ellis and Kevin Homiak will focus their practices on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Ellis served as a law clerk to 10th Circuit Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich and was a litigation associate at a full-service law firm in Denver. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Valdosta State University, Langdale College of Business.
Prior to joining WTO, Homiak worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of a leading AmLaw 100 firm. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge James Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. He earned his law degree from Georgetown University and his bachelor’s degree from George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
