Ken Fellman, a local government attorney and partner with the Denver-based Kissinger & Fellman, was selected as a fellow of the Silicon Flatirons program, a center for innovation at the University of Colorado Boulder, the firm announced Monday.
“It is an honor to be involved with such a distinguished group,” Fellman said. “It’s even more satisfying that Silicon Flatirons is educating the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders in the broadband legal community.”
Fellman was also recently reappointment to the Intergovernmental Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission. He is also a former mayor of Arvada and a former president of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors, serving from 2009 to 2013.
“Ken Fellman has been a great supporter of Silicon Flatirons, and he’s spent countless hours working with our students in a variety of capacities,” said Phil Weiser, Silicon Flatirons’ founder and executive director.
