After a two-week vacation in Hawaii, Dr. Rested is trying to get some sleep on her flight home.

The plane is somewhere over the Pacific Ocean when the flight attendant makes an announcement asking for medical assistance.

Dr. Rested responds to assist a patient having chest pain. Despite her best efforts, the patient succumbs to an apparent myocardial infarction.
