LAW WEEK COLORADO
After years of battling cancer, attorney Jennifer Seda’s colleagues and friends say her impact on those around her will far outsize and outlive her short time on earth.
Seda died on Nov. 16 after several years with a diagnosis of metastatic melanoma. Friends characterized her as a mixture of perseverance and profound calm even with a grim prognosis.
She was a principal at Jackson Lewis’ Denver office and was highly visible in the Colorado Industry Liaison Group with expertise in affirmative action plans and defending audits from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
Friends and colleagues who gave Law Week a look into Seda’s life amassed a large list of adjectives: kind, big-hearted, calm, graceful, poised, happy, gifted, selfless.
